1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your booking is successfully processed.
2. Payments
We accept various payment methods. Full payment must be made prior to the tour date unless otherwise agreed. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the tour package. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
Requests for changes or rescheduling should be made in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
5. Travel Requirements
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all travel documents, including visas and identification, are valid and up to date.
6. Liability
Dubai Premium Tour is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or third-party service providers.
7. Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully during tours. Any misconduct may result in termination of the service without refund.
8. Health & Safety
Participants should ensure they are medically fit for the activities included in the tour. We are not responsible for any health-related issues arising during the tour.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
